Feedback & Complaints

We would rather hear about a problem than not. Feedback — good or bad — helps us run a better clinic, and every complaint is taken seriously.

Giving feedback

Tell us in person at the pharmacy, call [PHONE], or email info@swiftpharmacy.co.uk. We read everything we receive.

Our complaints procedure

Step 1 — Tell us.

Speak to any member of the pharmacy team, call [PHONE], or email info@swiftpharmacy.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

Step 2 — Formal review.

If you are not satisfied, put your complaint in writing to our Superintendent Pharmacist, Ahmad Asefi, at 7 Balder Court, Grimsby, DN33 3RD or by email to info@swiftpharmacy.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within [3] working days and aim to give you a full response within [20] working days. If it takes longer — for example, where we need information from a third party — we will keep you updated on progress.

Step 3 — Raising a concern with the regulator.

If you remain unhappy after our final response, or you have concerns about the safety of our services, you can raise a concern with the General Pharmaceutical Council, the regulator for pharmacies and pharmacy professionals in Great Britain, at pharmacyregulation.org.

What you can expect

Making a complaint will never affect the care or service you receive from us. Complaints are handled confidentially, in line with our Privacy Policy, and we use them to improve how we work.
