2. Our services
We provide private pharmacy clinic services delivered by, or under the supervision of, qualified pharmacists. Every service is subject to a suitability assessment. Our pharmacists may decline to provide a service, or refer you to your GP or another healthcare provider, where that is the right clinical decision. If this happens before a service is delivered, you will not be charged.
This website and our services are not for emergencies. If you or someone else needs urgent medical help, call 999, or 111 for urgent advice.
3. Bookings
Choose a service and appointment time through our online booking system or by phone. Please give accurate and complete information when booking, including any health details we ask for — our advice and services depend on it. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us or our booking system. Please arrive on time; if you are significantly late, we may need to shorten or rebook your appointment.
4. Payment
We do not take payment online. Payment is made in person at the pharmacy. Prices are confirmed with you before any service is provided. Where a service requires us to order stock specifically for you (for example, certain vaccines), we will explain this before you confirm your booking.
5. Cancellations and missed appointments
If you cannot make your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email and we will rebook or cancel it without issue. Repeated missed appointments without notice may mean we ask you to book by phone in future.
6. Age and consent
Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over.
7. Using this website
